Job Purpose Summary:
- Responsible for achieving the sales budget in the defined area/customers and technical support for the Culture&Enzyme Product.
Job Responsibilities
Include main responsibilities, supporting task, and others that involved.
- Achieving the sales budget for Culture & Enzyme in KA Yili.
- Contributing towards strategy making for increasing sales, market share and profitability of our culture business in China.
- Maximizing the capacity of Chr. Hansen position in the area to develop the Culture business potential.
- Closely cooperate with the Application & Technical and Marketing team in local, regional and Denmark regarding the marketing / technical support to customer
- Conducing Market / Competitor surveys as required and organize the necessary seminars/exhibitions.
- Carrying on the requested reports and ad hoc assignments allocated by the Business director.
- Achieve the strategic partnership with KA, and build up&maintain different level contact/relationship.
- To become an expert on CH product and its applications.
Competencies:
- University graduated, majored in Food Science or related
- Technical background with Dairy, food science
- Good oral and written English, good communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 8 years working experience
- Bachelor degree or above
