• 了解流程团队的目标，目的和业务策略，并能够将IT Automation目标与业务目标联系起来。

Understands the goals, objectives and business strategy of the flow team, and able to link IT Automation objective with business objective.

• 具有制造操作方面的知识。熟悉IT Automation 及相关基础架构网络和硬件，并在流程中使用IT Automation 系统，以便为生产团队提供及时的IT支持。

Have working knowledge of the manufacturing operation. Familiar with IT Automation & related infrastructure network & hardware and the utilization of the IT Automation systems for the processes, in order to provide timely IT support to production team.

• 领导解决IT现场成员上报的IT Automation 系统问题，排除故障，上报给全球团队或供应商。

Lead the resolving of IT Automation system issue escalated by IT shop floor member, trouble shooting, escalate to global team or vendor.

Implementing IT change or resolve IT system issue following process, i

• 了解业务流程，与跨职能团队进行对话，并能够部署或不断改进IT解决方案，以便利用IT技术来帮助提高生产力。这可以通过创新IT新方案或增强现有IT解决方案来完成。

Understand business process, drive the conversation with cross function team and be able to deploy or continuously improve IT solution in order to leverage IT technology to help improve productivity. This could be done either by innovating new IT initiatives or enhance existing IT solutions.

• 通过代表IT参与业务项目与业务团队集成，参与业务团队的复杂问题调查或解决方案讨论，在关键的车间里程碑期间提供支持等。

Integrate with business function team by participating business projects on behalf of IT, being involved in process team complicated issue investigation or solution discussion, providing supporting during critical shop floor milestone, etc.

• 2年以上自动化或IT生产系统的实施和维护经验

2 + years’ experience of deployment and maintenance of Automation or IT manufacturing computer system.

• 2年以上的制造业IT项目管理及系统开发经验

2+ years’ experience of project management and system development

• 2年以上制药行业或GMP环境的工作经验

5 + years’ experience of working in a GMP environment.

• 2年以上计算机系统验证经验

3+ years’ experience of computer system validation

• 中英文口语及书面的良好沟通能力

Good communication skill both verbal and written in Chinese and English

• 良好的人际沟通能力

Good inter-personal skills
