Job Description

+ 协助分析并组织调研数据,制作预测模型和展示。
+ 根据调研数据、分析和预测模型,协助撰写经济和房地产市场报告。
+ 协助市场分析、需求评估、尽职调查、可行性研究、财务建模和其他咨询类工作,协助区域和国际房地产/基础设施/经济发展/旅游项目。
Qualifications
+ 经济学、房地产/土地管理,城市规划或产权相关专业。
+ 良好的数理能力,对社会经济数据分析有经验。
+ 强烈的责任感、求知欲,希望在一个不断变化的、执行力强的团队环境中工作。
+ 细心热情。
+ 熟练应用微软Office软件。
+ 优秀的普通话沟通和写作能力,英语熟练者优先。
