Job Responsibilities
- General
- Promote efficiency in all working practices
- Collaborate with Key Service Owners (Identify & Access Management, Endpoint, Work Force Productivity etc.) and any relevant IT organizations to improve the global service.
- Follow and enforce Emerson policies and rules regarding relevant IT management, security, standards and procedures, liaise with other teams when required
- Maintain the required level of skills to meet excepted level of service
- Provisioning
- Lead Client & Security Activities, working with all teams to deliver success.
- Define & maintain the project templates & playbooks relating to Client & Security activities.
- Be responsible for resource capacity for the projects, closely work with the Client & Security Provisioning Manager to escalate any issue.
- Lead the regular project calls, manage any conflict that could impact the success of the project.
- Produce and communicate the associated minutes to right audience, highlighting clear actions, main decisions and potential risk for the project
- Manage the communication during the project lifecycle, be the bridge between the stakeholders and the Provisioning organisation.
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders and escalate any deviation to the planning.
- Contribute to the specific Client & Security Provisioning processes definition and improvement plans.
- Make sure that the sufficient Client & Security Provisioning metrics reports are accurate.
- Make sure that agreed levels for Client & Security Provisioning KPI’s are reached.
- Participate to the necessary documentation and procedures definition and maintenance.
- Be the actor of the CSI process to improve the current Client & Security provisioning service, features and associated tools.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT of which a time managing project teams, preferably in a large enterprise environment
- ITIL or equivalent awareness or certification
- Language knowledge: fluent in Chinese & English language; any other languages are considered an advantage.
- Specific skill areas should include: Project management, Process improvement, Overview of the Managed Client & Security service
- An effective communicator: Excellent written communication skills; Diplomacy and listening skills; Ability to manage challenge of remote communications through multiple tools (Instant Messaging, e-mail, phone, project management interface)
- Ready to travel if needed (1 or 2 times a year)
- Professional certifications as appropriate
- Knowledge of current trends in the specific field
- Strong, demonstrable customer focus, diplomatic savvy
- Flexible attitude towards working hours
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- Open mind and flexible attitude towards the ambiguity inherent to a large-scale IT reorganization, including but not limiting to managing overlaps and possible conflicts.
