Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for the user operation of the platform, using various operating methods, and being data-oriented, to improve user interaction and stickiness
- According to the data and goals, formulate user growth incentive strategies and operation plans on the platform, including but not limited to incentives, points, activities, etc.
- Pay attention to the experience of users in the APP, monitor the aspects that affect user behavior and user experience, and promptly and effectively propose optimization plans for operations and products
- Familiar with the gameplay of various member operations, and effectively improve the growth and activity of platform members through member benefits, process optimization, and event operations
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in Internet user operation or membership operation
- Sensitive to data, able to find problems from data changes and give suggestions for improvement, with rigorous and clear thinking logic
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability, strong subjective initiative, can effectively promote the implementation of related projects and operation strategies
- Some experience in project coordination and project management is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of digital know-how and solution seeking skills
