Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the video operation of Bilibili platform, tap the potential of account growth, and complete the growth target of Bilibili fans 2. Understand the operation mechanism/rules of Bilibili platform, through data analysis, periodically adjust the direction of video operation, and formulate video delivery strategies 3. Plan hot content to ensure Content dissemination, responsible for playback volume and user growth 4. Independently complete key video script planning and writing, and work with the production team to complete video production 5. Develop a sustainable creator system and build a virtual idol content creation ecosystem.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, art/media major is preferred 2. More than 3 years of content operation experience on content platforms (Bilibili/Douyin/Little Red Book, etc.) Magic Engine UE4 project experience is preferred.
