Client Manager


 

岗位职责:

  • 管理已有文印业务合同
  • $ads={1}

  • 确保在合同期内按照合同给客户提供相应的产品和服务
  • 发掘/培育新增&续签的销售机会
  • 协助客户按合同付款
  • 协助客户处理和解决合同运营过程中出现的各类问题
  • 确保合同的健康度
  • 协调资源,持续改善客户满意度
  • 协助文印业务销售完成公司既定的销售目标
  • 协调公司内部各个team,确保保质保量给客户提供服务
  • 全球项目的支持
  • 根据客户需求需要面对面拜访及会议


岗位要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,IT或者营销相关专业优先考虑
  • 普通话标准,英语听说读写熟练
  • 清晰和良好的沟通技巧,业务处理能力
  • 有较好的电话沟通技巧
  • 有在快速变化的环境中工作的能力
  • 性格外向,积极主动和团队合作
  • 能够熟练使用办公软件(Excel,word,PPT)
  • 反应灵敏,思路清晰,认真仔细,有责任心
  • 1-3年销售相关工作经验(有销售或者文印业务相关经验者优先考虑)
