Description:
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Design and implement leadership development programs, assessing organizational needs, coaching managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization.
- Support with identifying and nuturing potential successors for critical roles, conduct regular assessments of employee skills, competencies and potential to help guide career development. In addition, support the implementation for the annual Performance and Talent Review cycles.
- Support with the implementation of our D&I campaigns and activities, as well as support with the creation of D&I eLearning modules, podcast, and training/workshops.
- Manages the end-to-end training delivery - from working with vendors, designing the program, to implementing and measuring the effectiveness. Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate record keeping.
Working experience:
- Exposure and experience influencing geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams in a large-scale multinational corporation.
- Track record in executing regional Talent Management strategy independently and as a team player.
- Experience in partnering with the business with enhancing leadership capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience designing and delivering workshops, and/or facilitating group sessions.
- Experience in measuring effectiveness for talent development initiatives and able to use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment, preferrably in a sourcing company or a related industry.
