Job Description:
- Perform Fed Batch and Perfusion (ATF) process development.
- 进行批次补料和灌流工艺开发
- Timely execution of all aspects of upstream mammalian cell culture operations. Routing cell culture from shake flask to 3L bioreactor, 10L and 50L single used bioreactor and WAVE
- 完成上游细胞培养的各种操作，从摇瓶到3L反应器，10L和50L一次性反应器以及WAVE.
- Keep appropriate experimental records and documentation.
- 撰写实验记录及相关文件
- Maintenance of the lab, purchasing the consumables and equipment.
- 维护实验室，采购耗材和设备
- Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor.
- 完成上级安排的其他工作
Qualification Required:
- Master’s or above degree in bioengineering/cellular biology or biology-related fields, preferred with mammalian cell culture experience.
- 生物工程/细胞生物学或生物学相关专业硕士及以上学历 Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture techniques (shake flask/3L bioreactor/single used bioreactor)
- 熟悉哺乳动物细胞培养技术（摇瓶培养/3L 反应器/一次性反应器）
- Versatile in techniques on cell expansion and fed-batch/perfusion methodologies, assembly, sterilization, calibration, operation and control of small scale single used and glass bioreactors, analysis of cell growth, metabolic activity and productivity and methods for harvest clarification
- 熟悉细胞扩增和批次补料培养以及灌流培养技术；能够操作一次性反应器和玻璃反应器，包括组装、灭菌、校正，分析细胞生长、代谢和表达量，收获澄清
- Familiar with cell culture process development, design of experiment and data analysis
- 熟悉细胞培养工艺开发，实验设计与数据分析
- Good command of reading English papers and data presentation
- 熟练阅读细胞培养相关英文文献并具有良好的数据展示能力
- Those candidates with fresh PhD or master’s degree in biology-related fields can be exempt from working experience; those candidates with bachelor’s degree should have at least 3 years working experience in CHO cell culture process development for monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and other therapeutic proteins.
- 对于应届拥有生物学相关领域博士或硕士学历的应聘者不要求工作经验；对于本科学历的应聘者需要在抗体、双特异抗体或其它治疗性蛋白领域至少具有3年CHO细胞培养工艺开发经验。
- For Chinese native speakers, they should have CET-4 or advance qualification in English and can read and write with English.

- Familiar with the Office software like the Word, Excel.
