Digital Service Program Manager


 

Duty & Responsibility

  • Build annual digital communication strategy and tactics in aligned with overall business objective
  • Manage and optimize the experience of all touch points in full customer journey to support the new gain, customer grow and the retention targets
  • Develop the relevant marketing content to support the customer facing activities in all channels to ensure the TotalValueDelivery demonstrations
  • Initiate integrated marketing campaign to drive qualified traffic and keep testing new type & content of media to engage with customer in a more efficient way
  • Plan, execute and review events and seminar in cooperation with other related team to build industrial expertise and generate customer leads
  • Initiate internal projects & activities to enhance the team engagement and productivities
  • Support & implement the activation of digital transformation/innovation projects

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and above is preferred
  • Minimal five years of professional experience in brand building, service marketing or product marketing
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in leading overall communication activities including social media, events & seminars
  • Capability to develop the marketing content with the support from technical team and other resources
  • Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
  • Good skills of Microsoft Office and media generation tools
